The University has invested in new sporting provision on both City and Sir Tom Cowie campuses over the summer, with a major investment in CitySpace’s Technogym equipment, and a brand new outdoor multi-use games area opening on the riverside soon.
From 19 to 24 September students can ‘try before you buy’ – with FREE access to CitySpace’s Fitness Suite.
For more information contact CitySpace, ext. 2009
From 25 September you can get full student membership to the gym for only £120 per year.*
The investment on both campuses is in response to student feedback requesting more sporting provision and activity space at both City and St Peter’s, and is part of a wider plan to enhance our facilities across the campus.
Work is underway on a new outdoor, all weather multi-use sports facility at the Sir Tom Cowie Campus at St Peter’s.
Students will be able to access a floodlit sports and activities court, which will accommodate a whole range of sports, including netball, basketball, five-a-side and tennis.
At City Campus work has completed on a new state-of-the-art Fitness Suite. CitySpace has been fully upgraded with new equipment and a fully-inclusive digital platform provided by Technogym.
