RepairsIf you find anything is broken or damaged please contact the Helpdesk where the repair will be logged with Facilities Maintenance Service.
Move TeamIf you would like an item(s) or object moved, please complete the CAMS form.
Disposal of Electrical ItemsIf you require electrical items to be disposed of please enter the details on the CAMS form. 
Room Bookings

Please Provide: Dates, times, number of attendees, event title, preferred location and any additional requirements such as AV.

Car Parking EnquiriesFor general car parking enquiries please contact the Facilities Helpdesk or click here. 
Out of Hours AccessFor out of hours access to a University building outside of normal working hours please complete an 'Out of Hours' access form.
Vending FaultsVending customers should report all vending faults to the location point indicated on the information panel on each machine. 
Key & Lock Ordering Form

If you would like to order a replacement key or lock, please download the Key & Lock Ordering form
