You will be able Once your card is available to collect your new Campus Card from the Gateway at your campus of study. To make sure your card is ready for collection, you will need to upload a photograph of yourself into our MyPhoto system. New students please upload at least 10 days prior to the date of your enrolment.

Campus Card collection points:

For courses at the Gateway Enquiries Team will raise an enquiry via Compass. This will send an email notification to your student email. Once you receive this you should click the Compass link within the email and then log in to see your update which will show where you card is available to collect from along with the ID we will need to see from you.

When you are collecting your Campus Card, you will be asked by Gateway staff for your ID, please refer to your Compass enquiry for acceptable forms of ID. If you would like to arrange an alternative collection method, please add a note to your enquiry with your request.

Your Compass enquiry will inform you of your collection point which will be either of our Enquiry Desks:

City Campus - The Gateway Desk, Gateway Building, City Campus, SR1 3SD

For courses Sir Tom Cowie Campus at St Peter's Campus - The Gateway Desk, Reg Vardy Prospect Building, Sir Tom Cowie Campus at St Peter's Campus, SR6 0DD

Partner College Students

Students who study a University of Sunderland course at a partnership college are also eligible for a Campus Card. Your Campus Card will be taken to your partnership college by the Partnership Office.
